P&C Membership 2027

P&C Membership Renewal & Voting

If you are a current financial member of the P&C you can vote at the AGM (Annual General Meeting) which will be held in the school library, Tuesday 18 November 2026 7pm.

Once the AGM has finished a new P&C year will begin.

This means, to be able to vote at the November general meeting, held straight after the AGM you will need to renew or join before the end of the AGM.

If you are a current financial member of the P&C you can vote at any General Meeting (held third Tuesday of the month during school terms) and the AGM (Annual General Meeting) which is held in November in person at the school library.

You can become a member anytime during the year noting that if you join between or at a meeting, you will not be able to vote until the following meeting.
