P&C AGM 

The P&C Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on Tuesday 19 November 2024 and will be held in the School Library.

All of the P&C executive team and subcommittee coordinators will be stepping down and all of the positions will become vacant. Please see below the positions and descriptions.

Executive Positions:

Vice President x 2 – Assists the President and can chair the P&C meeting if the President isn't available. Takes minutes if the Secretary is unavailable. Assists with other tasks as they come up.

Deputy Treasurer – Steps in when the Treasurer isn't able to present at the P&C meeting and other tasks as they come up.

Assistant Secretary – Steps in when the secretary is unable to do the minutes and other tasks as they come up.

Auditor - Audits the accounts prior to the AGM.

Subcommittee Coordinators:

Events Coordinator – Helps plan the events for the year alongside the President and Vice Presidents.

Wilkins Green – Maintains Wilkins Green and organises volunteers, working bees and fresh produce sales.

WAVA – Assists the school with creative art.

Social Media – Looks after the facebook page and manages the roster for moderators.

Lunch Club – Liaises with Panetta Mercato and manages the roster of volunteers.

Uniform Shop – Maintains stock level at the uniform shop and manages the volunteers.

WMA – Assists the school to coordinate music events throughout the year.

Inclusion – Assists the school, runs the facebook page.

Sports - Assists the school with after school sports activities and liaises with the school.
