Neon/Fluro Trivia Night - Tickets on sale now!

9 September 7pm - midnight

Lets make it bright and get some questions right!

This is a night for all parents and carer's to come together and have a bit of fun. A bit? Well, a lot of fun!

Drag Queen Portia Turbo will host the night! It will be trivia like Wilkins has never seen before.

After trivia we are going to dance the night away with a DJ. There will be many fun activities on the night as well.

A raffle and auction will be run alongside the event so even if you can't make the night you could still win a prize!

Select single tickets for up to 9 people. We will match you with other like minded funsters.

Do you have 10 people coming along?  Select table of 10.

The first challenge is to choose your table theme. When you arrive you can decorate your table to your theme. Portia Turbo will select the best decorated tables to win a prize.

Please note that this is an over 18 event. So book the babysitter and join in the fun!

Wilkins Trivia Night 2023 FAQ

I have more than 10 people wanting to be on our table, can they join our table?

Unfortunately no. The tables fit 10 people with a bit of a squeeze. If you have extra friends we can try and put their table near your table so they can still enjoy the night with you.

The other reason is, if your table wins trivia there are only prizes for 10 people.

I have a table of 10, can they pay for the table individually?

To get the discount of a full table you have to book the table option. This way the event organisers have one person (table coordinator) to communicate with for anything that may happen prior to the event. If you have a table of ten please email your list of ticket holders to us so we can seat you together.

We don't have a full table yet – How can we find extra people to fill a table?

First, put a call out to your year groups on Facebook page or the Wilkins Social Facebook Page. Otherwise, let the events team know and we will try and find the extras for you.

Is there a limited number of tables available?

Yes. We can only have 20 tables of 10 people. So get in quick to secure your spot!

How do I order my meal?

Meals will be provided by food truck Gaza Street Food. There are 3 options:

Veg: Felafel pocket with side of special potatoes
Regular: Chicken pocket with side of special potatoes
Gluten Free: Gluten free mezze plate

Please leave a note in the comment section what meal/s you require. Only 1 meal per seat booked. If you are unsure, we will be in contact with you closer to the event to confirm.

I've heard I need to bring my own glass, what is that about?

We are trying to make the event as sustainable as possible. Please bring your own drinking vessel. The bar staff will have a measuring cup so you still get a full serve of your drink of choice.

Whats the theme?

This years theme is “Neon/Fluro”.

Do I have to dress up?

That is totally up to you. But dressing up to compliment your theme is more than welcomed!

Do I need a team name?

Yes! Think of something fun that suits your theme.

What is table decorating about?

Once you have your team of 10 and have decided on your theme, your first challenge is to decorate your table accordingly. The tables will have black tablecloths on them which you can choose to use or not.

The best decorated table will be decided by our trivia host for the night. The winning table will win a prize.

Who packs up the table at the end of the night?

You and your team are responsible for packing up your table at the end of Trivia. We will need to move the tables around to make room for dancing after trivia.

Will there be extra costs on the night?

Yes and No. Your ticket pays for your dinner, a drink, entry into trivia and the entertainment on the night. If you want to join in any of the other games that will be happening on the night there will be a small participation fee. There will also be auctions on the night that you can pay for via EFTPOS.

Is alcohol being served on the night?

Yes! We have applied for our Licence for the night and we will have a bar with some wonderful bartenders with RSA serving.

We will have red wine, white wine, rosé, sparkling white, cider and two types of beer. You can buy by the glass or by the bottle on the night. Prices will be reasonable.

Can I buy other drinks on the night?

Yes, There will be soft drinks for sale and free water available on the night.

Can I bring my own drinks on the night?

No. We will be selling alcoholic and soft drinks on the night. There will be free water available too. 

Can I bring food on the night?

Yes! As we are only supplying dinner, it might be a long night if no more food is eaten. Bring all the snacks you desire to share with your table.

Will EFTPOS be available?

Yes! This is actually our only method of payment on the night.

We will have the uniform shop EFPOS machine where you can purchase tokens for the extra games.

We will have the square payment system at the bar.

Can I still pay in cash?

No sorry, we are going cashless for the night.

Are there going to be prizes on the night?

Yes! There are going to be many prizes up for grabs on the night. The events team have been working hard obtaining so many wonderful prizes.

I have a business and would like to donate a prize, how can I do that?

I would like to donate alcohol for the Alcohol Raffle, how can I do that?

Wow! Thank you! You can drop  donations to the office and let them know it's for the trivia night.
